I believe we all need to be refreshed on our responsiblities as coaches and leader for the youth... From the things I am hearing from the youth we are not doing our jobs to the best that we can. We can not abuse the position we hold and expect 100% from our followers... If you fear or feel intimiated by a child and are not wanting them to reach for the star you are abusing your position. If you are letting negative influence inhance your decision for the childern you are abusing your position. If your are sheltering or protecting a child you are abusing your position. If you are there for selfish reason you are abusing your position... You as coach or leader only are successful by the impact of the team you are coaching or leading... If they are successful then you are, if they fail you fail!!! When one messes up they ALL mess up... Below are somethings we need to look at and see if we are doing all that we can do for the successfulness of the younger generation.Thesaurus: COACH
