I would like to congraduate the players at the Optimist Club and the High School for their effort. Like some on here I have children at both levels.However I am dissapointed with some of the coaching at both levels.It appears on both levels that only a few people have any say in how things are run, and are not willing to change. No wonder the programs are loosing good atheletes and coaches the other local programs.
I would like to thank the junior football team for showing a lot of heart and determination in the game this past saturday,this bunch of kids have showed a lot of heart and guts all year long through the good and bad times;they have figured it out that it's a team effort. The coaches that i coach with are a good bunch, because we agree and disagree a lot but in the end we come together and determine whats best for the team and make adjustments as needed. good job this weekend juniors, see ya at practice!
